2016 Conditioning Programs

These programs are to be done in conjunction with your Outperforme training.  Each of you will be slightly different (based on whether you're attending track, and if so how frequently, and also based on your current fitness level).  Please speak with your strength and conditioning coach to see how many times per week you should be doing your conditioning work out.  Similarly, each of you has unique needs, and you should speak with your trainer about which program you have been asked to complete.

Movement Preparation is KEY, and is meant to be done BEFORE your conditioning!  Quality preparation will not only prevent injuries, but will also increase the effectiveness of your work out.  Most of you are in a training phase that is just getting you back into the swing of things!  This program is intended to build a base for you in preparation for the upcoming programs that will continue to build in intensity.  Enjoy the pain.
